
ENTRY GUIDELINES ​
PLEASE READ: EVENT FORMAT & STRUCTURE
This event is not structured like a traditional pole competition.
Before entering, please take the time to carefully read and
understand the guidelines, rules, and overall flow of the event.
Our format, judging approach, and on-the-day structure
may differ from what you are used to.
It is important that all entrants familiarise themselves with how the event will run,
what is expected, and how performances will take place on the day of the event,
this includes time frames and tech tun.

BEFORE ENTERING
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR IN-HOUSE COMP?​​
​
• A single judge will be provided for event.
​
• Competitors will receive VOICE critiques from the judge and at the end of the event, scores will be sent out in the form of a total score out of 100 points.​
• Judging will be based on a structure point system only, judges will not have the ability to select their favourite TOP winner, once a digital score has been submitted, the score is FINAL.
• Each competitor will be assessed on their performance in real time, the judge will score the routine based on what was presented in that moment ALONE.
​
• Competitors are judges against a point system.
• Each competitor will be presented with a prize based on their allocated score, for example; Bronze, Silver or Gold
• At the end of the award ceremony the TOP Scoring act will be announced and awarded the TITLE WINNER for their division.
​
• The competition will be ran as close to a performance with NONE/minimal pauses.

REGISTRATION
PROCESS
Submit Video & Entry Form​
Submit a registration form along with a 1-minute video of yourself performing.
This video may include:
-
Tricks and combinations
-
A short routine filmed in the studio or on stage
Anything that clearly demonstrates your current skill level and performance quality is acceptable.

ONCE SUCCESSFUL
Successful entries will be notified via email.
Once accepted, official registration will open.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The following items will be required to complete your official registration:

Intro Video (Bio)

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION: PLEASE NOTE!
No MC Presentation
There will be no MC presenting your routine.
Instead, an intro video will play while the poles are being prepared and cleaned.

NO COMPETITION RUNNER ON THE DAY!
A competition runner will not be provided.
If you miss your allocated time, you forfeit your opportunity to compete.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO COME SIDE STAGE?
In the dressing room, a large monitor will display clear instructions, including:

Who is currently on stage
-
Which competitor is in the waiting area
-
Which competitor should make their way to side stage

WHAT IF I DO NOT PROVIDE AN INTRO VIDEO?
If an intro video is not submitted, your written bio will be announced while an image is displayed on screen.

TIME ALLOCATION - Please Read Carefully
Each competitor is allocated a maximum of 5 minutes total.
No exceptions.​
HOW IS THE 5 MINUTES DIVIDED?
1:00 - 1:30 Minutes

Pole Cleaning: Pole cleaners will be provided. You may also bring your own cleaner, who must be aware of and adhere to the time limit.

Props: If props are used, you are responsible to orgainise a prop helper.
You must provide side-stage helpers who are present at rehearsal and on performance day to place and remove props within the allocated time.

Intro Video: Your intro video will play during pole cleaning and any prop changes.

ROUTINE/PERFORMANCE
2:00 – 2:30 minutes
INTRO VIDEO EXAMPLE
Film yourself speaking directly to the camera, or step beyond that and get creative.
Your studio, your workplace, your home — wherever your story feels most alive.
You’ll film 5 short moments, each lasting 10–15 seconds.

BEFORE REGISTERING
• A $15.00 entry fee incur to audition/complete registration
• A 1 minute video link must be provided during submission
